Your information is used to provide the RecorDo service, including AI-powered document extraction, record organization, and document sharing between users you authorize.

3. AI Processing

Documents you upload may be processed by AI services (Gemini by Google) to extract structured data. Document content is sent to the AI API for processing and is not stored by the AI provider beyond the processing request.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely in encrypted databases. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and documents. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Records are only shared with other users when you explicitly use the sharing feature. Administrators can view user records for support purposes.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual records at any time. Account deletion removes all associated data permanently.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, export, and delete your data. Use the export feature to download your records in CSV or JSON format at any time.
